Travel to the Venue (Kyoto Station/Hotel Granvia Kyoto)

The most convenient and direct option is to:
Fly into Kansai International Airport (KIX) and take a JR Haruka Express Train to Kyoto Station (ca. 80 min). It will take 3 min from the arrival platform to the reception of Hotel Granvia Kyoto.

Alternatively, two other convenient but less direct options are to:
  1. Arrive at Osaka International Airport (ITM) via a domestic flight and take a limousine bus to Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi (ca. 50 min).
  2. Take a Shinkansen Super Express from major cities in Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, Kobe, Okayama, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Sendai, etc.) to Kyoto Station.

There are many hotels available around Kyoto Station. Please note that we do not offer any special arrangements or discounts for general participants. We kindly ask that you book your accommodations by yourselves.

If you need assistance in preparing the necessary documents for your visa application, please submit your request, together with completed Answer Sheet, via the e-mail address shown below. The deadline for submitting requests visa application documents is Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

The documents include the following:
  • Letter of Reason for Invitation (using the official form for visa application)
  • Schedule of Stay
  • Letter of Guarantee
  • Other necessary documents
Please note that these documents will be issued only after the registration fee has been paid in full.
