Please note that after 23:59 of May 13, 2025, acceptance of abstracts through the server will automatically be closed and submissions will no longer be accepted.
The internet connection is expected to be busy close to the deadline, so we strongly recommend submitting your abstracts early.
Submission of Abstract
Please use the same log-in ID for Registration and Abstract submission.
The Secretariat bears no responsibility for any problems encountered during the abstract submission process caused by the user's computer environment.
Instructions on Preparation of Abstract
- We recommend saving your submission file in PDF format and have it ready to upload.
- After entering all the required information of the authors and the abstract, click "File Upload." A window will appear, allowing you to choose your file from the list then to click "Upload".
- Please turn to the Next page, and confirm your submitted information.
If you need to correct the information, please click the "Back" button at the bottom of the page to correct it.
If your submitted information is fine, please click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to complete your submission. - Please use the abstract template provided in the link below.
Please do not close your browser until your submission is complete, otherwise it will become invalid.
Please note the Secretariat cannot be responsible for the contents of your submission, so please check your abstract carefully.
The announcement regarding whether your presentation will be a poster or oral presentation will be made in June.
